A special relocation allowance will be granted to high school graduates who come home to the States for their college work. A monthly stipend is given to missionary children while they are in college, limited to 36 months of schooling. The mission also provides one trip to the field to visit parents for all unmarried children, provided this trip is taken during the four-year period immediately following high school graduation.
Zap Educational Fund
Education is a high priority for families. There are many challenges which missionaries face in trying to educate their children. Often it is extremely expensive to have to send a child overseas or to a different country to receive the best education possible. The ZAP educational endowment was established by the leadership of the Baptist General Conference in recognition of the priorities and challenges of present day educational opportunities. A motivated and interested donor has begun this small effort to address a few of the issues facing our present day missionaries and the education of their children. In the future we are trust that this fund will grow…for the glory of God and for the advancement of our mission and those who serve as our missionaries.
