Purpose and Vision:
This office works to provide our staff and missionaries with competitive benefits and salaries. The Human Resources team tracks hours, reviews contracts, maintains employee files and offers support services to aid and assist those needing special assistance.
Ministry Goals 2011 - 2012:
- Provide necessary administrative support in a wide variety of employee-related functions so as to assure maintenance of smooth operation to efficiently accomplish the overall mission of Converge Worldwide.
- Administer existing employee benefits, compensation, and policies and periodically assess these, recommending appropriate changes for improvement.
- Administer recruitment and retention process.
- Assist and encourage employees to develop and use their God-given talents in their respective life ministries He has called them to.
- Carry out these responsibilities to protect and preserve the resources (i.e., human and financial) that God had entrusted to Converge Worldwide.
