Specifically for women in ministry and pastors' wives, LEADNet is a network of groups, each made up of six to 10 ministry wives, that:

• Resources others to multiply and mobilize churches
• Encourages and equips women through coaching
• Teams up leaders and offers personal training tools for women.

LEADNet encourages networking—between our women—between our teams—between ministries. Opportunities to connect with a LEADNet team can be found through your Converge region or at Converge Worldwide's Network Gathering events.
