Spiritual formation networks are one of the best methods to pursue your journey with Christ. Through a band of brothers or sisters that are committed to each other, God is able to speak, work, and transform. Converge believes that much of what God wants to do, He does in community and in teams.

Spiritual formation networks are set up in your region and are led by trained Converge leaders. These networks meet together regularly, and have as one of their key purposes, the personal and spiritual formation and development of members of the network.  In a setting of openness, honesty, transparency, and authenticity, God does amazing things. This is a big value in our Converge movement.
