God has equipped every believer to play a significant role in carrying out the work of His Kingdom. Some are helpers, some are givers, some are teachers and some…are leaders. Volunteer leaders are entrusted with great responsibility in the church. Often their ministry is carried out with few helpers, meager resources and even less time. Even so, the spiritual rewards can be tremendous.
