Purpose and Vision:
2^nd ½ for Him ministries of Converge Worldwide exists to equip and encourage leaders who can develop powerful and effective ministries that address the needs and opportunities of an increasingly diverse group of age 50+ adults.

Through ongoing resource development, leadership training, ministry leader networking and personal coaching, 2nd ½ for Him will support the ministry of the local church with persons in the second half of life.

Ministry goal for 2010:

1. CONNECT:  Develop strategic alliances with other national and regional organizations devoted to 2nd ½ ministries.
   
2. IGNITE: Facilitate learning communities and networking opportunities within Converge Worldwide churches and districts that inspire and instruct leaders.
   
3. TRANSFORM: Identify local and worldwide opportunities and involve people in the second half of life in service and outreach.
