Converge Youth is a resource to youth workers within the
ministry network of Converge Worldwide (BGC). We exist to
reach the next generation by Connecting, Igniting and Transforming
emerging youth leaders. We do this by:
- Promoting coaching and mentoring relationships
- Developing local networks of youth leaders and workers
- Providing counsel and resources for your ministry
- Training leaders to meet their needs in context.

Ministries monthly e-letter! | In light of the critical need to reach and disciple the youth in our
nation, our mission is to reach the next generation of youth by connecting, igniting and transforming emerging youth pastors and youth leaders.
In 2010-2011 we are:
- Producing a monthly youth ministry e-newsletter for youth pastors and youth leaders.
- Producing a companion monthly e-newsletter for senior pastors to aid in strengthening staff relationships.
- Determining the feasibility of week-long or weekend leadership development retreats/camps for high school students.
- Pursing the possibility of a national gathering of youth pastors for peer sharing, learning and refreshing.
