Ministry Goals 2011-2012:
- Fifty churches will begin or continue the Retool Kit Pathway to become a mobilized church
- Sixty-Five churches will be in the process of implementing their three-year plan, reproducing disciples leaders and congregations
- One thousand lay leaders will receive leadership training through participation in the Vision Community of their local church and will be equipped with reproducible tools for developing more effective leaders and biblically healthy community.
- Forty coaches will receive initial or advanced training in helping established churches achieve greater kingdom impact.
- Five People Groups (Filipino, Vietnamese, Japanese, Latino and Haitian) will be engaged in training leaders and coaches and launching or continuing the mobilization pathway in 10 pilot churches, using translated and contextualized materials
- Fifteen international pilot churches will launch or continue the pathway with translated and contextualized materials.
